Btw...I have posted a related question on here but never received a clear answer. Basically, sister lived with her childrens father which would be her boyfriend.He claimed the kids for 2010 tax year, because he had the larger income for the year. and now trustee wants his tax records eventhough he has nothing to do with her bankruptcy case. Even though they have children they were never married and do not have anything personal property together. If she cant provide the records will the trustee dismiss the case?
