Hello i am going to apply for bankruptcy as i cannot work due to mental health illness and my bills have just got to much and we just cant cope with it.
How easy is it to go bankrupt?
How much does it cost
Will the balliffs take any of my pocessions, i live with my wife and 3 children in a councill property and i dont own a car or have any assests.
Also i know my bank accounts will be frozen, so how do i recieve money from tax credtis ect... when my bank accounts are frozen.
