1. Why does Jerry Facher ask all those questions about peanut butter and bacon and dental fillings and toothpaste?
2. Jerry Facher's case seemed to rest on not allowing the parents of the child who died on the offramp to testify. He was successful, and had his part of the case dismissed. Why didn't he want to testify? Was he wrong to try to keep them from testifying, or was he just doing his job defending his client?
3. James Gordon (Jan's Partner) says that credit cards are the last great pyramid scheme in America. What does he mean by that? -
