Smart Fish Method Why and When Do You Teach Long Warrior?
1 Views • Apr 26, 2017
Description
*. You teach LONG WARRIOR, so that you can make sure their head is correct and their kick is correct... before doing the arm strokes section of the drill.
*. When forgetting to do LONG WARRIOR, the teacher does not have time to correct the student's posture, head position, and legs.
*. The Long Warrior Kick after each Quick Breath, before beginning the arm stroke helps to reestablish the head position and kick that were likely compromised during the pulling cycle.
*. More time should be spent on Quick Breathing, Warrior Kicking, and Sticky Arms before expecting her to do this drill by herself.
