Emin Quliyev is an Azerbaijani footballer, Keshla's midfielder.

As a young player, Emin was a member of Keshla's youth club, and since July 2018 he has played for Keshla. Quliyev spent the 2017/18 season on loan at the Baku's MOIK club. Quliyev scored goals in the 2019/20 season against “Qaradag” Lokbatan and Sumgayit-2, in the 2020/21 season against “Qaradag” Lokbatan, Zagatala, Sabah-2 and Sumgayit-2, and in the 2021/22 season against “Qaradag” Lokbatan. Emin Quliyev is known in "Keshla-2" for his well-groomed and last-minute goals.

In September 2018, he was involved in the main squad of Keshla
for the match against Gabala. He was then invited to the main
team for various Premier League matches.
