We've been thinking about lives being lived online and the stresses that puts on us all.

Tech and socials are amazing and can keep us connected, but they can mess with our minds too. Not everyone is living the dream. Maybe we have to sometimes turn off the screen and shut down.

Our band members are no strangers to mental health issues, which is why the proceeds from this release are going to Springfield Mind.
