Shovelin'!

Another snow storm blew in last night here in Maine. People assume from my Olde Time Strongman training that l'd be loading up the shovel and that just AIN'T TRUE. I'd say it's the OPPOSITE. I use a shovel with a thin profile so l can move quickly as you can see.
At 53 y.o., I am the last of the shovelers! Everyone for blocks uses some sort of machine for their snow removal which is too bad. Lotta people PAY for this kind of exercise. Yeah, it's IS a pain to get up an hour or MORE early to shovel, BUT when you're done, you've now got yer cardio in for the day! Hope this encourages you during these winter months. God Bless!
