Rio the Dock Tank Engine (OC by Felix Cheng) is just having another fine day when Jed the Jumpy Engine (Another OC by Felix Cheng) wants to trade with him. He trades Rio a new whistle, which Rio tests, and he is so surprised that it's "the whistle from TUFF Puppy" while spitting the whistle out and making the whistle land on Jed's buffer beam.
