Crimson Tears


People don't see what is under my skin
They just see the outside, not whats within
They dont seem to see the constant pain im in
In the battle of emotions, depression will always win

This time though the depression is too strong
It has to be sudden, it can't take too long
I look at my life and where it went wrong
However hard i tried i could never belong

Did they ever even see me?
Notice i wasn't happy?
Did they ever try to help me?
No, their own problems was all they could see.

Now it all is over. The battle has been won
All these years of torment ended by the trigger of a gun.
Lying alone and silent, forgetting those torturous years
I know all the crying is over as i lay peacefully in my crimson tears.
