Shepherds Hat (Sour Cherry Crepes)

Shepherds Hat or as we call it Cusma Lui Guguta , is one of the most popular desserts in Moldova, the name is inspired from a Folk tale where a boy with a Shepards hat is trying to protect an entire village under his hat from the cold harsh winter. the contrast between sour cherries and the sweet cream is absolutely amazing and it gives a well-balanced taste.
