When Dr. Jackol plants a deadly radioive bomb in Indus City, Professor Gyani must search his memory for a clue to where Jackol planted it. Returning to his days as a student at Indus City University, Gyani recalls designing military weapons with his best friend, Jackol (Jacky). When Gyanis mother, Louise, is killed in a subway train bombing, Gyani turns from designing weapons to designing a computer program that will find terrorists. But Jacky is intent on designing weapons. When a younger “Major” DGoze steals Jackys brilliant robot missile weapon, Jacky turns to a life of crime, selling his weapons to terrorists. Gyanis computer program (Louise) detects Jacky selling his robot to a terrorist, and Gyani alerts DGoze who arrests Jacky, who swears revenge. Back in the present, Professor Gyani realizes that Jackys fateful words hold the key to the present day threat: the bomb is hidden in the same place as the one that killed his mother: the subway. But Dr. Jackol wants his nemesis, Gyani, to find the bomb, because he doesnt plan to blow up the subway with, but to turn Gyanis bomb disposal robot into a super powerful radioive robot that will not only kill Gyani, but Shaktimaan as well.
