Severe flooding hits Kentucky

Heavy downpours in the Kentucky town of Pikeville caused severe flooding on August 21. According to officials, some areas in the town were badly affected by the flash flooding, with one of the areas, Chloe Road, under about two feet of water. This video shows flooding on 2nd street in Pikeville, where rubbish can be seen floating down the street and cars struggling to pass through the flood waters. Credit: Roger Ford.
