Setting up the lights using a flash meter

In part three I demonstrate some basic health and safety aspects before introducing my assistant who helps me set up the lights to work in the studio. I use a radio trigger with explanation and flash trigger demonstrating how to use one. I also explain about degaussing when changes to to flash capacity are made.
