Almost everyone has one--since a Sub-personality is often developed usually when a child is subjected to overly sophisticated trauma, trying experiences. The child must then create a kind of armoring or shield to survive and be protected emotionally. These sub-personalities can be recognized because they eventually erode and deplete energy from the adult since they are not authentically connected to the Divine Self.
