Semolina - Rawa Cake in a Mug / Mug Cake
Description
Ingredients:
1 /2 cup semolina / rawa/ sooji
1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoon mixed nuts & raisins
2 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon spoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1. Add all the above ingredients in a bowl, mix well & prepare batter.
2. Pour batter in a microwave safe, greased mug.
3. Microwave on High for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
4. Take out, top with candied pineapple (optional), nuts & raisins. Enjoy!
Note: Microwave used is 1200 watts. Please check the strength of your microwave (watts) to adjust the time.
