Leftover Bread, Mashed Potato & Corn Fritters
Description
Makes 6 Fritters
INGREDIENTS:
6 Bread Slices
1/2 cup Mashed potato
1/4 cup Boiled corn
1 teaspoon Dried dill
Garlic salt to taste
2 tablespoon flour for Slurry paste
PREPARATION:
1. Mix mashed potato, Corn, Dill, garlic salt & prepare filling.
2. Take flour in a bowl add little water and make a paste.
3. Cut edges of a bread slice. Roll it with a rolling pin. Stuff it with potato filling and give it a shape. Make rest of fritters similarly.
4. Seal fritters with flour paste.
5. Place fritters in Deep fryer.
6. The fritters will turn golden brown when they are ready. Enjoy!
