Tell us about your early life.
Basically I am from District Kasur and I had my early education from the same city. After doing my M.A in English Literature, I joined an English newspaper as sub editor. At the same time, I started writing columns for different Urdu newspapers under the title of “Sar-e-Aam”. I started my teaching career at the same time and soon I was offered the same job form an international daily from Dubai. In 2000, I went to Dubai to continue my career as journalist but after reaching there, I felt that the scope was not that attractive in the field as media was closely monitored o4r controlled by the government. Then I permanently joined beaching and started as senior teacher in a college. Soon I found my place in the same profession and fortunately I got excellent opportunities in the field of teaching as I taught in many institutes of international repute.
