Description

I admire my scars as you pace across the waiting room
We are waiting for a lost cause...
She decided she wasnt good enough for this life...
Or.....
This life wasnt good enough for her....
Stupid bitch.....
She'll learn one day...
You cut.....
You bleed.....
Dont sign your soul away unless you plan to fly....
Stupid bitch....
I remember.......
As I ponder the length of the wrinkled flesh,
Straight line.....
Right down my arm....
Sigh........
What was I thinking? ? ? ?
Probally what she was thinking.
Sitting on my bed
On a cool summer night
The days are painfully hot.
And the nights?
Painfully cold.
Too cold for me I thought.
And with the flick of a wrist,
It was done....
I was done....
Or so I thought.
And so did she, I guess.
I woke in a bed, just as she will.
I rubbed my eyes, just as she will.
I felt the pain worse than life itself, just as she will.
And then,
Pure an uninhibited glee.
No more, no less.
Just...
Glee.
I fade to present, still I pace
And still I admire these scars.
Motherfucker! ! !
They made me who I am now, sitting in this room.
It made me who I am! ! !
And I have only one regret.
Denying the face that there was somethin wrong.
I should have showed her.
At the pool that time.
I quickly covered up her inquiries with faint lies.
At the beach that time,
Lies, Lies, Lies.
She didnt need to know.
I should have showed her.
She could have cried in my arms that night.
Instead.....
She was all alone.
Locked the door......
Blood all over.
A tear crosses my scar, and I begin my sympathy.
As the doctor swings open the door....
'Parents? '
'Yes'
'Im Sorry'
