It hasn't been easy
There's little that's simple now
The older I'm getting
It's harder to figure out
- It's a mountain of rocks
- While I dream of the beach
- Everything that I want
- Is somehow just out of reach

It isn't my feelings
It's everyone elses blame
The world doesn't know me
Nor does it owe me anything
- It's a quarry of gravel
- As I walk with bare feet
- A gun with no handle
- A chair with no seat

I'll drown on my own
So there's no need to help me
I'm filthy
Un healthy
Don't tell me what isn't true
.... 'Cause I'll just beleive you
.... 'Cause I'll just beleive you
..... You know where this goes to
..... You know what they wont do
....It's time that they show you
....... Instead.....
