Scarred Unknown - why?

everyday and every night
i run away to hide my face
to scream and cry
to fall and die
it's the same thing and it never changes

why are we here
why are we there
why do we really care?
i don't understand
it doesn't make any sense
can't you just stop this now?

why do i stay in this strange place
holding my feelings in
telling nobody where i've been
i can't stand it no more
it's driving me crazy
