Dark abyss,
Circling around me.
Just breathe,
Remember the steps.

Feel that pain?
Remember good things!
It’ll be ok!
I won’t die!
I can get through it!
It’s happened before…
Circles me,
Consumes me.
Frown to the ground
Remember to breathe…

It’ll be ok.

Steps…
Take them…

Three.
One it’ll be ok.
Two breathe again.
Three find something bright.
Just remember,
Don’t let it consume you…
It’ll be ok.
I won’t go,
I wont’ go again,
To that dark abyss.

I’m scared.
I’ll admit.
What will I do
If it gets me?
