Bent Presses while pinching Fairbanks-Morse 50lb Scale Weights is an incredible challenge. Each 50lb weight is trying to pull your hand open the ENTIRE time the palm faces up! You can hear the clinking on the left Bent Press as my hand fights to keep the weights together. Talk about adding an additional level of focus. Great way to wake up. God Bless.
