Saps in Chaps (1942) - with corrected pitch

As requested by my friend "FanimationXV" (from Youtube). This is one of the old B&W WB cartoons which can only be found low-pitched, becuase of their public domain inferiority of the prints. So I uploaded the cartoon myself, with the audio repitched to NTSC. Cause it really deserves it.
