Within the same garden
We all were born,
Branches, of a single tree.

Part of the same soul,
We all are free.
But darkness obscures the path.

Out along the fringe
We forget that we are one.
We forget the garden,
and the tree of life.

Love's fruit sours
In the darkness,
And hate grows thick
Along the path.
It bars the way back.

Watered by anger,
We created the wall;
Flown from Eden,
Killed by the fall.
