Salčići - salenjaci

Salčići ili salenjaci, su slatko pecivo, domaći kolači napravljeni od lisnatog testa. https://domacirecepti.net/salcici-2/

500 gr brašna
3 žumanca
200 ml kisele vode
prstohvat soli
3 kašike šećera
300 gr sala

Ingredients:

500 grams of white flour
3 egg yolks
200 ml of mineral water (1 cup = 250ml )
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of white sugar
300 grams of lard, frozen, then minced 2 two times
(margarine or butter would also work like a charm, but lard is main ingredient, and that is why it's so popular here)
