Kiflice sa margarinom

Ingredients:

about 1 kg of flour (900 gr spent for kneading) T400, soft
500 ml of water
40 gr fresh yeast
20 g sugar
20 grams of salt
2 tablespoons oil
250 gr margarine, if the post then lean margarine
1 egg yolk
