Rural Life Daily Routine Work Making Jaggery. Welcome to Tarar Support. In this video, we are making jaggery. It is our first experience. Today is 26 Dec 2021. Temperature is around 5 Degree cesius at 8 AM. It is our daily routine work in December in rural Pakistan. we make jaggery for few days or weeks in Dec and January.Jaggery is a traditional non-centrifugal cane sugar. Mostly sugarcane is not cultivated in the north Punjab. But we have a small sugarcane field. how is our work and how we can improve it, kindly share your knowledge with us.
