Royal Variety Performance 1988 | Neighbours

On Monday 21st November, 1988, ten members of the Neighbours cast took part in the Royal Variety Performance at the Palladium in London.

The performance was in front of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, and Princess Margaret.

The cast included Anne Charleston, Fiona Corke, Alan Dale, Stefan Dennis, Anne Haddy, Annie Jones, Paul Keane, Craig McLachlan, Ian Smith and Elaine Smith [Daphne still appeared on UK screens]. Kylie Minogue, who had finished on the show, also appeared at the performance. She was the preceding act and introduced the cast, but did not perform with them.
