Rolled-Up Towel For Improving Bench Press

http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - this is nice technique for forcing good bench press technique. You roll a towel and set it lengthwise on the bench. Lay on the towel so it runs down your spine, between your shoulder blades. This forces your shoulders back whilel benching. It'll teach your body how to position properly for benching.
