Description

This cell has been designed around a fabricated main base structure with two ABB robots. These robots are programmed to engage the end-of-arm tooling used in cutting off the injection molding gates and burn off left over flashing from the edges of the fender. This versatile system has a removable fixture to allow the cell to run different fenders. Several end-of-arm tooling assemblies are also included with the cell for effective handling of the various fenders. http://www.custommachineinc.com
