Robot chimiste

Bilan d'étape concernant le projet de 1re STL 2012-2013 du Lycée Méditerranée de la Ciotat. Cette vidéo a été entièrement réalisée par les élèves.

Résumé :

Le but de notre projet est de réaliser trois robots capables de déterminer la concentration d’une solution par trois méthodes différentes. Un robot utilisera la méthode pHmétrique, un autre procédera par colorimétrie et le dernier par conductimétrie.

Pour parvenir à réaliser ce projet, nous avons dû apprendre à construire un robot et à le programmer. Nous avons également recherché ce qu’était un titrage et ses différentes méthodes que nous avons testées manuellement pour comprendre leur principe.

Nous avons constitué trois groupes chacun chargé de mettre en œuvre une des méthodes avec un robot. À l’heure actuelle, nous sommes capables à l’aide d’un robot d’ouvrir et de fermer le robinet d’une burette lorsqu’un capteur détecte un changement de couleur.

In English:

The aim of our project is to build three robots able to determine the concentration of a solution using three methods. A robot will use the pH method, another one will use the color method, and the last one the contuctimetric.

In order to achieve this project, we had to learn how build and program a robot. We have also searched what were a titration and the different methods which were used. We checked the methods manually to understand their principles.

Three teams were made and each one worked on each method with a robot. At this point, we can open and close the tap of the burette thanks to a robot when a sensor detects a color change.
