Description
South Korea's rival political parties have agreed on the scheduling... for June's parliamentary session.
Starting Wednesday,... the leaders of the three main parties will give policy speeches on their respective agendas and viewpoints.
The following week,... rival parties will hold a three-day interpellation session... to grill top government officials on various topics... ranging from foreign affairs, the economy and social issues.
However, they have yet to decide on the deliberation schedule... for the government's multi-billion dollar extra budget bill.
This comes after the three main parties reached a deal last week to get parliament on track to normalization,... following a standstill lasting over two months.
The month-long parliamentary session kicked off on June 20th.
