Rising Damp Problems Around Sydney

Rising Damp is a problem that is affecting many older style houses throughout Sydney and houses that haven't installed a Damp Proof Course (DPC). The two most common types of rising damp are Falling Damp and Penetrating Damp. The only effective damp removal treatment is by installing a new Damp Proof Course. Other treatments but usually are only short term solutions include sub floor ventilation, proper site drainage and chemical treatments.
