Richwoods Frisco Update March 20th 2012

Richwoods in Frisco is coming along with the first two model homes nearing completion for Landon homes. Newcastle has a couple sales already and Toll Brothers plans to unveil their plans and pricing near the end of the month. KHOV has started accepting lot holds for their 64s and are planning to open at the end of April. The guard house has been approved and is underway.
