Description
How to tell if a computer has a bad motherboard by checking the capacitors. Ususally if the capacitors on a mother board are bad they will be bulging with corrosion on the top. If your computer has to wait a few minutes after it is powered on to display video, it is usually bad capacitors on the board or in the power supply.
