The story begins with a sharp shooter firing and bombing a car. In the next scene, Robert D’Costa (Anil Kapoor) introduces the characters Armaan Malik (John Abraham) who is a billionaire businessman and his sister Elena (Deepika Padukone). Armaan Malik can do anything to earn money and punishes those who betray him and same is the case with his sister. It is later revealed that the car which was bombed in the first scene had Ranvir Singh’s (Saif Ali Khan) wife Sonia (Bipasha Basu) and the master mind behind the bombing is Armaan Malik. Now, Ranvir Singh seeks revenge against Armaan and Robert D’Costa commonly known as R.D. helps him in this.
