Push Down Cleans 145½lb

Working on a way to push down better/harder under the weight on Snatches & Cleans. Been going over the different possible set ups over the past few weeks and opted for Jumpstretch Mini Bands connected to a belt anchored to my Yoke. The bands made me push down into the hole rather than just get there from reacting to the top Pull. These Push Down Cleans didn't work EXACTLY like l wanted, but they STILL made me focus on getting under the weight more aggressively, whiiiiich was the intent of this setup regardless if it worked 'perfectly' or not. Ironically, towards the end, l figured how an old school tool may work even better. Can't wait to find out. God Bless!
