A project that I was part of at Bournemouth University, directed by Zoltan Simon, I edited this documentary about the local Ice Cream brand 'Purbeck Ice Cream' which looks at the way the company operates as well as getting a feel for the friendly working environment which places an emphasis on a close team. We get to know a few of the people who work here and overall we get to grips with the ethos of the company.
