I do this all the freeking time. When you have to do somthing for school or work and you HAVE TO EAT... because you are board and are procrastinating. Not because you are hungry. Its never just one bite its TONS AND TONS OF FOOD! Then you feel fat, so now you are stressed about being fat and doing your work. Bleh....
