Problem with cursor on multiple displays

Description
Windows 10. I have two monitors sideby side. One is a little bigger and sits higher than the other monitor. My cursor does not smoothly transition from one monitor to the other. I went to the display setting to reflect how one monitor sits slightly lower than the other. What happens is that at some point I will have the cursor smoothly transition from one side of the screen to the other, then, depending how far up or down I go from one monitor to the other, it will increasingly go higher up and higher up, or lower and lower down.
I think the video shows my problem clearly, and I know I must be missing some setting somewhere because I've never had this problem before, but this is the first set up I've used Windows 10 one with multiple monitors and different sizes.
