25th May is globally recognised as "world thyroid day".In this video ,i am specifically going to speak about the importance of thyroid hormones in pregnancy.
Pregnancy is a very precious moment in any couple 's life and calls for extra care during this time.Hormonal changes during pregnancy are known and there is increase in demand for thyroid hormone which if unmet can lead to complications.Here I am going to highlight the need for thyroid test,right time to take the tests and the treatment.
