kashmiri chilli powder - 1 table spoon
turmeric powder - 1/4 table spoon
salt - 1/2 table spoon
ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
coconut milk - 100ml
FOR BIRYANI RICE PREPARATION
water - As required
cardamom - 3
cloves - 4
star anise - 1
cinnamon stick - 2(1 inch)
salt - 1 table spoon
soaked biryani rice - 400gm
FOR BIRYANI MASALA PREPARATION
ghee - 2 table spoon
fennel seeds - 1 t spoon
cumin seeds - 1 t spoon
cardamom - 3
cinnamon stick - 2(1 inch)
cloves - 4
bay leaves - 1
soaked prawn - 650gm
mint leaves(chopped) - few
coriander leaves(chopped) - few
lemon juice - half (in a piece)
FOR DUM PROCESS
boiled rice - layer
prepared prawn masala - layer
mint leaves(chopped) - few (on top)
coriander leaves(chopped) - few (on top)
boiled rice - layer
lemon juice - half (in a piece)
saffron water(soaked with warm water or warm milk)
fried onion
fried cashew & fried dry grapes
