Potato slippers
Ingredients:
♦️Potato
♦️Ham
♦️Cheese
♦️Greens
♦️Butter
♦️Vegetable oil
♦️Salt/black pepper/spicy herbs
Preparation:
Rinse the jacket potatoes well, salt, sprinkle with provan herbs, pour vegetable oil (you can fork prick them) and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then we cut off the top, using a spoon we carefully take out the potatoes leaving a little on the sides to keep the shape. Then we knead potatoes with butter, salt and pepper it, add cheese, ham and herbs. We fill our potatoes with the resulting mass, put the cheese on top and send it to the oven for another 15 minutes.
