Positive development for LGBT community: Tharoor

New Delhi, Feb 02 (ANI): Expressing approval towards the Supreme Court's order of referring the LGBT rights case to a five-bench judge, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Tuesday said that the decision is a positive development in favor of the community. Tharoor added that before reaching any final conclusion, one should wait for the final verdict of the constitutional judges. Meanwhile, Communist Party of India leader (CPI) D. Raja said the order means that the petitioners have a strong point to keep before the court, adding that the LGBT community should get their due in the society.
