This is the first recruitment video for the Polaris Rucking Crew. A no-cost, no-barriers activity group in Oslo, Norway.
We pursue rucking as a way to build community and meaningful human connection, making use of discomfort and adversity as our main tools. Do note that while running is showcased here, that is a random pressure input - not a regular occurrence - and it is for a short burst sprint only.
