I've been a member of the premium service for 6 months. For $10, they come out to our house twice a year to winter-ize and summer-ize the AC/Furnace, and another two visits for inspecting the electrical and plumbing. There prices for repairs are reasonable and they have always arrived within 2 hours of calling them when I have a problem. I feel like I have already gotten my $120/year back from them.
