Plumb Series - Under & Over Weave

Description
The Under & Over Weave Technique is similar to the Over & Under Weave, but instead of going over the arm first, you would go under and then over your opponent's arms and push the opposite way. After the Weave, the inside swim is used to gain control. Check out the Inside Swim Technique if you haven't seen it.
