Plumb Series - Over & Under Weave To Inside Control

The Over & Under Weave Technique acts as an anchor to open up the opponent's Plumb and go for inside control with the inside swim. As the name suggests, your arm goes over one of your opponent's arms and then under their other elbow. You then put your two hands together (like prayer hands) and crank your opponent to the side. This leaves an opening for the inside swim. Check out the Inside Swim Technique if you haven't seen it.
