Pilates is for Every Body | Online Pilates Classes

Pilates workouts are for every body. And will look different on every body. Judging a body that says they do pilates because it doesn’t look like how you’ve been sold isn’t ever ok.
And even if there was never a marketed “pilates body” it’s never ok to judge a persons body.
I love what Pilates has done for my body and very little of that can you see.
My posture is primary the only thing visible that Pilates has been integral to.
Everything else is a feeling, often subjective and even personal.
You can’t see he it’s helped me remain pain free start decades of being a runner.
Or how it’s helped me travel, try new things like rock climbing.
Do Pilates because you love yourself not because you are trying to conform to the ridiculous pressures of what society wants women to look like!
