Pigalle

Co-written and directed by Camille Bakirel and Silvia Juravic.Pigalle is the most exotic and peculiar quarter of Paris. It abounds with sex shops, tramps, cabarets and tourists. When the night comes, its eternal neon-lit streets shimmer stronger but nevertheless leave the passers-by full of apprehension. When a girl innocently decides to wander off into the darkness of Pigalle and have a walk late at night instead of patiently waiting for the Nouvelle Eve show to start, the oppressive atmosphere of the place takes over. A threat? A trick of the mind? A dream?
